In the announcement dated 8 September 2025, an incorrect date was inadvertently published regarding the appointment of Mr Shui Hee Gary Cheng to the Executive Board. The correct announcement reads as follows:

The Supervisory Board of the Leo International Precision Health AG has appointed Shui Hee Gary Cheng to the Management Board with immediate effect in its meeting of 4 September 2025. Gary Cheng was appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
