Since July 2013 Florian Claus has held the position of member of the Management Board of Börse Frankfurt Zertifikate AG (formerly Scoach Europa AG). He began his career at Börse Frankfurt Zertifikate AG in April 2008. Prior to his appointment to the Management Board, he was Head of Sales & Product Management and responsible for international expansion.
Florian Claus, Dipl. Betriebswirt (FH), born 1972 in Nuremberg, has many years of experience in the banking and securities business.
After completing his banking apprenticeship at Commerzbank AG and studying business administration in the USA, he began his professional career at Cortal Consors S.A. in 1999. Most recently, as Head of Product Management and Deputy Head of the Trader Customer Division, he was responsible for the development of new business areas, various national and international projects and order flow management.
Florian Claus is married and father of a son.
Simone Kahnt-Eckner has held the position of member of the Management Board of Börse Frankfurt Zertifikate AG (formerly Scoach Europa AG) since November 2012. In this position she is responsible for the finances as well as for the operational business of Börse Frankfurt Zertifikate AG. Prior to that, she held various positions within Deutsche Börse Group, most recently as Senior Vice President in Xetra Market Development. In this role, she was responsible for business with all exchanges that use Xetra as a trading platform, as well as coordinating the investments of the Xetra division.
Simone Kahnt-Eckner started her professional career in 1989 at DWZ Deutsche Wertpapierdaten-Zentrale GmbH in the customer service / IT organization. She then switched to application development for stock exchange systems.
In January 2000, she began her career at Deutsche Börse AG, initially as Project Manager in the Central & Eastern Europe Department, before assuming the position of Head of Partner Exchanges in 2007. In the last years she was responsible for the acquisition and setup of new Xetra partner exchanges (Bulgaria, Malta, Caymans) as well as for the review and implementation of strategic options (e.g. participation in Tradegate).
Simone Kahnt-Eckner, born 1965, is married. She studied Business Informatics at the Technical University Leuna-Merseburg.
