Announcement by the Management Board of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange according to Sect. 50a para. 3 of the German Stock Exchange Act

On 13 May 2025 the Disciplinary Committee of Frankfurt Stock Exchange imposed an administrative fine on Philomaxcap AG due to a violation of Sect. 69 Börsenzulassungs-Verordnung. 

The decision is not yet final and conclusive.
