Publication of insolvency proceedings
The insolvency proceedings under self-administration of Air Berlin PLC, whose securities are listed on the regulated market (General Standard), were ordered by the insolvency court on 1 November 2017. On 16 January 2018, the Local Court of Charlottenburg revoked the insolvency under self-administration and ordered the transition to regular insolvency proceedings.
