ESG Profile

It is undeniable that each of us must do our part to create a more sustainable world. For this reason, Verve (formerly MGI) initiated a comprehensive analysis of the Group's sustainability efforts in early 2020. We were supported by imug consulting, a German expert sustainability consultancy, which analysed the status of current efforts. From this analysis, clear guidelines were derived for the measures to be taken, which are constantly being developed by Verve's board and management. As a result, five sustainability priorities were identified that are considered essential in relation to our sector and business. Ensuring Business Ethics and Compliance for Verve means that we have appropriate procedures in place to create value for all stakeholders through rigorous standards, clear risk management and transparent processes. We are committed to creating a meaningful and innovative product portfolio that engages and inspires all stakeholders and is accessible to everyone. As a global advertising software platform providing data privacy and security is a top priority in our daily work. As an inclusive company where employees work in a stimulating and inspiring environment, we care about diversity and equality so that all employees have equal opportunities. We also see it as our responsibility to take care of this planet. A digital company like us has significant energy needs, especially when it comes to providing server capacity, and we need to find ways to reduce emissions in this area.
