Xtrackers offers investors broadly diversified exposure to developed markets with currency hedging and emerging markets.
6 November 2023. FRANKFURT (Börse Frankfurt). Since Friday, two new exchange traded funds from Xtrackers are tradable on Xetra and via the trading venue Börse Frankfurt.
The Xtrackers MSCI World UCITS ETF 2C - EUR Hedged gives investors access to a portfolio of equities from 23 developed countries around the world. The underlying MSCI World Index currently comprises 1,510 large and medium-sized companies from various sectors and thus covers around 85 per cent of the market capitalisation of the individual countries. Companies from the USA, Japan and the UK are the most strongly represented in the fund. This share class also minimises exchange rate risks against the euro.
The Xtrackers MSCI Emerging Markets Swap UCITS ETF tracks the performance of the MSCI Emerging Markets Index. This comprises over 1,400 large and medium-sized companies from 24 emerging markets and covers around 85 per cent of the market capitalisation of each of these countries. China, India, Taiwan and South Korea are the most strongly represented countries. Financial services and information technology are the two largest sectors with around 20 per cent each.
