Biofrontera AG: Extension of Biofrontera Inc. payment deferral - update

The receivables of the German Biofrontera Group from the US company Biofrontera Inc. in the amount of EUR 1.8 million, which were deferred until June 18, 2025 in accordance with the ad hoc announcement of May 27, 2025, will again be deferred until June 22, 2025. If the parties agree on a term sheet for the revision of the existing license and supply agreement between them by this date as part of the ongoing negotiations in accordance with the ad hoc announcement of 10 June 2025, the payment period will be extended again until 27 June.
