Today, CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft was informed that the company's action against the Republic of Austria and the Province of Carinthia (value in dispute of EUR 1 million) was dismissed in the first instance due to the limitation of claims.

CA Immo is currently evaluating all possible legal remedies and will pursue them accordingly.
