SEMODU AG i.I.: Delisting of Shares in Munich Stock Exchange's Open Market Requested

The insolvency administrator of Semodu AG ("Company"), Dr. Markus Schuster, together with the company's management board, has decided to apply for the revocation of the listing of the company's shares (ISIN / WKN A2GS6H) in the open market on the Munich Stock Exchange (so-called "delisting"). The insolvency administrator and the company's management board will shortly submit a corresponding application to the Munich Stock Exchange. In accordance with the terms and conditions for the open market on the Munich Stock Exchange, the management of the Munich Stock Exchange decides on the company's delisting application and the exact date of the listing cessation.
