Semodu AG: Resumption of Trading on the Munich Stock Exchange

SEMODU AG announces that trading of its shares on the Munich Stock Exchange will resume today, August 5, 2024.

As part of the insolvency proceedings under self-administration filed on July 31, 2024, the management board has taken the necessary steps to enable the resumption of trading. SEMODU AG continues to actively work on implementing its restructuring plan.
