the annual financial statements and the consolidated financial statements for 2022 have been approved and the annual report for 2022 has been published on the website.

UniDevice achieved average revenue growth (CAGR) of 22.67% in the period 2016 (EUR 135 million) – 2022 (EUR 460 million).

The average EBIT growth in the same period 2016 (EUR 0.76 million) – 2022 (EUR 4.70 million) was 35.48%.

The Executive Board and Supervisory Board will propose a dividend of 12 cents per share to the Annual General Meeting on July 07, 2023.
