Notification of Major Holdings

Mr. Ding-Shin Chang, Levallois-Perret, France, notified us on July 2, 2025, in accordance with Section 43 (1) of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) of the following:

1. The investment serves to implement strategic objectives.
2. I intend to acquire further voting rights within the next twelve months through acquisition or by other means.
3. I seek to influence the composition of the issuer's executive and supervisory bodies.
4. I do not intend to make any significant changes to the capital structure, in particular with regard to the ratio of equity and debt financing or the dividend policy.
5. The acquisition of voting rights in Leo International Precision Health Aktiengesellschaft was effected by attributing the shareholding of SGCI Corporate Finance GmbH in accordance with Sec. 34 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) and by attributing the shareholding of Mr Hsiao-Hsuan Wang in accordance with Sec. 34 para. 2 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG). I have not directly used third-party funds or own funds to acquire voting rights in Leo International Precision Health Aktiengesellschaft.
