First crypto basket ETN issued by VanEck on Xetra: access to the six largest cryptocurrencies
27 January 2022. FRANKFURT (Deutsche Börse). Since Thursday, a crypto basket exchange traded note (ETN) issued by VanEck ETP AG is tradable on Xetra and Börse Frankfurt for the first time.
The VanEck Vectors Crypto Leaders ETN offers investors the opportunity to participate in the performance of a basket of cryptocurrencies. This is composed of the largest and most liquid digital assets and currently includes the following six cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Cardano, Solana, Polkadot and Litecoin.
The ETN, which is admitted to the Regulated Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, is fully collateralised by the respective cryptocurrencies and is centrally cleared via Eurex Clearing.

With the new offering, investors now have access to 39 crypto ETNs from eight providers on Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Cardano, Ethereum, Litecoin, Polkadot, Solana, Stellar, Tezos and TRON as well as five baskets of cryptocurrencies. With an average monthly order book turnover of around €1 billion, Deutsche Boerse with Xetra is also the market leader in trading crypto ETNs in Europe.
