IPO: innoscripta SE now listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange

Innoscripta successfully went public this morning.

23 May 2025 FRANKFURT (Börse Frankfurt). As of today, innoscripta SE (<DE000A4QVM8>) is listed in the Scale segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, the growth segment in the Open Market for small and medium-sized companies.

Issue price and first price of the share amounted to EUR 120.

Berenberg is acting as Sole Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner in connection with the offering. Hauck Aufhäuser and M.M. Warburg & CO are also acting as Joint Bookrunners.
