IPO: PFISTERER went public successfully

PFISTERER Holding SE is now listed in the Scale growth segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

14 May 2025 FRANKFURT (Frankfurt Stock Exchange). As of today, Pfisterer Holding SE (DE000PFSE212) is listed in Scale, the growth segment of the Open Market for small and medium-sized enterprises of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The first price of the share was 30 euros after the issue at 27 euros and subscription between 25 and 29 euros. The current share price is available on Börse Frankfurt.

Berenberg and Commerzbank, in cooperation with ODDO BHF, are acting as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners, LBBW as co-global coordinator and joint bookrunner, and ICF BANK as co-manager in connection with the offering.

Pfisterer Holding SE is a leading global technology company in the field of energy infrastructure. It develops, produces and sells components and systems for power grids at all voltage levels - from generation to transmission and distribution. Pfisterer was founded in 1921 in Winterbach near Stuttgart as a family business.
