IPO: Springer Nature now in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange

As of today, Springer Nature AG & Co. KGaA has been listed in the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The first price of the share was 24.00 euros. 
 

4 October 2024. FRANKFURT (Börse Frankfurt). As of today, Springer Nature AG & Co. KGaA (ISIN: DE000SPG1003) has been listed in the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The first price of the share was 24.00 euros. The current share price is available on Börse Frankfurt.

The IPO was accompanied by Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley Europe as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners. BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe and Unicredit Bank also acted as Joint Bookrunners. Co-Bookrunners were Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and ING Bank. Morgan Stanley Europe is the designated sponsor in Xetra trading and Baader Bank is the specialist on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
