New listing of Schaeffler AG after merger with Vitesco

The ordinary shares of the automotive supplier Schaeffler AG are now listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and will replace the Schaeffler preference shares and the Vitesco shares after the merger has been completed. 

2 October 2024. FRANKFURT (Börse Frankfurt). Schaeffler AG (DE000SHA0019), which resulted from the merger, has been listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since today.

Schaeffler has completed the merger with Vitesco Technologies Group announced almost a year ago and the associated conversion of the preference shares into ordinary voting shares. The ordinary shares of the automotive and industrial supplier headquartered in Herzogenaurach were newly listed in the Prime Standard. Following the merger of Schaeffler AG and Vitesco Technologies Group AG, they replace the previously tradable preference shares of Schaeffler AG (<DE000SHA0159>).

Listing agent is BNP Paribas S.A. Designated sponsor in Xetra trading and specialist on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange is Oddo BHF SE.
