On 09 September 2025 the Disciplinary Committee of Frankfurt Stock Exchange imposed an administrative fine on paragon GmbH & Co. KGaA due to a violation of Sect. 42 para. 1 BörsG in conjunction with Sect. 51 para. 1 and 2 BörsO FWB.
The decision is not yet final and conclusive.
