Company information on sustainability

Investors increasingly expect transparency from companies with regard to sustainability. A high level of disclosure and comprehensible reporting enables ESG-related data to be included in investment decisions - with the aim of lowering the risks and positive impact of an investment.

With the ESG Visibility Hub, Deutsche Börse offers companies the opportunity to add relevant ESG information to boerse-frankfurt.de. For interested investors, the information is easily accessible on the respective share data sheet under a separate tab "Sustainability". With this information service, Deutsche Börse would like to accompany companies listed in Frankfurt on their way to more sustainability. Medium-sized and smaller companies in particular often lack experience with non-financial reporting. 

This offering is a support for individual investment decisions by making ESG disclosures of companies more readily available and comparable also for private financial investment.

An important component of the information is the ESG KPI Report, which enables companies that have not previously reported on sustainability to disclose their activities efficiently and comparably. The KPIs used are based on recognized reporting standards such as the Global Reporting Initiative, the Sustainability Standards and the German Sustainability Code. 

The ESG Visibility Hub of Deutsche Börse Cash Market enables issuers of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange to publish their ESG data on the financial portal Börse Frankfurt. Sustainability reports, research and ratings form the ESG profile. Especially for issuers who do not publish ESG information yet, we have developed a first standardized toolset, the ESG KPI Report, which enables the disclosure of companies' first ESG information.
