Withdrawal of shares

Withdrawal of shares for the purpose of capital reduction.

Shares may be redeemed compulsorily or by acquisition by the corporation. To withdraw shares, the rules for the execution of an ordinary capital reduction must be followed. After the wihdrawal of the shares, the share capital of the corporation will be reduced by the total nominal value of the redeemed shares.
