Notification of Major Holdings

Mr. Hsiao-Hsuan “Leo” Wang, New Taipei, Taiwan, notified us on July 2, 2025, in accordance with Section 43 (1) of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), of the following:
1. The investment serves to implement strategic objectives.
2. I intend to acquire further voting rights within the next twelve months through acquisition or by other means.
3. I seek to influence the composition of the issuer's executive and supervisory bodies.
4. I do not intend to make any significant changes to the capital structure, in particular with regard to the ratio of equity and debt financing or the dividend policy.
5. The funds used to acquire the voting rights are 100 % own funds, which I have used to finance the acquisition.
