New ETF: €STR money market interest rate for EUR overnight loans

Amundi offers access to actively managed funds for EUR overnight loans.

23 August 2024, FRANKFURT (Börse Frankfurt). Since Thursday, a new active exchange-traded fund from Amundi Asset Management has been tradable on Xetra and Börse Frankfurt.

The Lyxor Smart Overnight Return - UCITS ETF C-EUR is an actively managed fund that seeks to generate returns based on the €STR (Euro Short-Term Rate).

The €STR reflects the wholesale euro unsecured overnight borrowing costs of banks located in the euro area. It represents the average interest rate for loans taken out over the course of a day. The daily compounded €STR is calculated and published by the European Central Bank.

The product offering in Deutsche Börse's XTF segment currently comprises a total of 2,184 ETFs. With this selection and an average monthly trading volume of around €15 billion, Xetra is the leading trading venue for ETFs in Europe.
